El Taller Colaborativo, PC (ETC) is a medium-sized, Architectural, Engineering, Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Management firm providing professional services since its founding in 1985. Over the last five years, ETC has seen our firm grow, on average, more than 20% per year. Our current staff includes over 90 professionals. ETC is a certified a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) with public agencies throughout the Northeast.
Alex Garcia, RA, LEED™ 2.0 is a Registered Architect, Professional Planner, LEED - Accredited Professional, and a Principal and founder of ETC. Alex has overall responsibility for setting ETC’s direction and goals and for the firms architectural design services. Alex has almost a quarter of a century of diversified experience as a planner and designer in all aspects of public and private sector project work, including Green Building Design. These projects include new construction, expansions, and renovations related to schools, office buildings, transit and transportation facilities, and various types of government administration buildings.
