Michael is President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Executive Committee, of Chyron Corporation. Prior to this, he served as a consultant to the company since July 2001. He formerly held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company through February 2002 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from July 1995 through June 1997. He has served as a Director of the Company since May 1995. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Data Broadcasting Corporation, an Executive Director of Stephen Rose & Partners, Ltd., and a Managing Director of Soundview Ventures.
