Jerome I. Feldman is founder and since 1959 has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company. He has also been Chairman of the Board of the Company since 1999. He was President of the Company from 1959 until 2001. He has been Chairman of the Board of Five Star Products, Inc. ("Five Star"), a wholesale distributor of home decorating, hardware and finishing products, since 1994, a Director of GSE Systems, Inc. ("GSE"), a software design and development company, since 1994, and Chairman of the Board of GSE since 1997. Mr. Feldman is also Chairman of the New England Colleges Fund and a trustee of Northern Westchester Hospital.
