Bernard M. Ciongoli – President, Treasurer and Director – Mr. Ciongoli joined the Company as President and Director in late 1992 and became Treasurer in 1998. Previously, Mr. Ciongoli served as the President of HyTech Labs, a company involved in the sales and servicing of electronic test equipment. Mr. Ciongoli also served as principal owner and President of Bernco Developers, a real estate developer. He holds a degree in electronic engineering from Paterson Institute of Technology.
