Prior to 1989, Mr. O'Shea was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Scientific Affairs at Delmed Inc., a manufacturer of peritoneal dialysis solutions and parenteral products. He is a member of the Board of Directors of PSC, Inc., serving as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and previously serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee.
